McDonnell on board to review problems with voting in Virginia

0

Virginia officials are considering a bill to allow residents to vote early regardless of a stated reason after long lines and general confusion contributed to Election Day confusion this past November. Gov. Bob McDonnell came out on Tuesday in support of the measure. He waited over an hour and a half to cast his vote, but has stated that he used the time to meet many friends and fellow voters.

Regardless of particular situations, the voting system in Virginia was clearly flawed and requires closer examination.
