Grants for environmental education programs in VA

Northern Virginia Community College’s Annandale Campus, Friends of the Rappahannock in Fredericksburg, the Hampton Clean City Commission, the James River Association, the Meadowview Bio Research Station in Woodford, and Western Virginia Water Authority in Roanoke have all been selected to receive grant money for funding environmental education programs by the National Nursing Centers Consortium. The programs will be community-based with a focus on education, says the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
