Julia Margaret Ratnaraj, 18, from Sewell, NJ, died over the weekend after being found unresponsive Saturday night. Ratnaraj was a freshman at Towson University and was at an off-campus apartment when police were called to a report of an overdose around 11:30 p.m. The official cause of death has not been released. Two other teens who were in the apartment that night told police that Ratnaraj had consumed alcohol and had smoked tobacco from a hookah with others, but had taken no illegal drugs.
