A Thanksgiving morning car crash in Prince George’s County resulted in a surprisingly positive ending, as two men pulled a woman from one of the burning cars. Johnnie Wichard and Andrew Matlock witnessed the three-car crash that occurred around 9 a.m., with one of the cars immediately bursting into flame, and acted to pull a woman from the burning vehicle.
Witnesses say the fire spread immediately to the passenger compartment just moments after the woman was pulled out. Firefighters arrived at the scene to put out the fire. All three drivers involved in the crash were taken to the hospital for serious but not life-threatening injuries.
