A man is dead after a case of road rage led to a shooting Saturday night.
Two men driving separate vehicles on I-97 in Anne Arundel County became involved in a road rage incident when they pulled over their vehicles onto the shoulder of the northbound ramp of Route 3.
Thirty-six-year-old Joseph Harvey Jr., who was driving a Honda Accord, approached the other driver, 40-year-old Joseph Walker. Walker got out of his minivan and claimed he was a police officer. Walker then pulled out a gun and shot Harvey, killing him.
Walker is now in police custody.
