Howard County police have arrested a teenager after allegedly burning speed camera equipment. Police were called to the 14000 block of Burntwoods Road early Thursday morning for a report of a speed camera box on fire. An investigation determined the fire was intentionally set. Surveillance cameras show a man driving by several times, then parking and approaching on foot, carrying an ax and a bottle of accelerant. Police have stated they have identified the man as 19-year-old Connor Lynn Eash and arrested him.
