Bethesda preschool teacher pleads guilty to child pornography charges

A Virginia man who taught preschool in Bethesda plead guilty to charges that he had produced child pornography. James Douglas Manring made the videos while teaching at a preschool in Japan from 1996-1999, and continued to work among small children when he returned to the U.S. When he was arrested in November of 2012 police officers say they found many more pornographic videos and images of little boys that Manring had purchased. He now faced 40 years in prison.
