A parade from City Hall to the Ravens’ stadium on Tuesday will commemorate a Baltimore victory over San Fransisco at Super Bowl XLVII. City mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake was interviewed on Sunday night as she celebrated with fans in New Orleans, she announced plans for the parade that will begin at 11am. Rawlings-Blake also urged fans at home and in New Orleans to be safe and to celebrate responsibly.
