The finale of “The Bachelor” saw an increase in ratings from viewers between the ages of 18-49. This marks a 14 percent increase compared to last year’s season and marks the finale as the highest rated episode of “The Bachelor” this year.
The three-hour long episode, which includes an “After the Final Rose” special, helps to explain the increase in ratings. Now that the season is over, Desiree Hartsock will take over in “The Bachelorette” and the happily engaged Sean Lowe will be added to the upcoming season of “Dancing With the Stars”.
