Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm and Thomas Starr have decided to call it quits. Though not married, the pair had been dating for more than 10 years. The British pop star and her property developer ex-boyfriend have a 3-year-old daughter named Scarlet together. The “Spice Up Your Life” and “Wannabe” singer told Good Housekeeping just weeks ago that changes would be coming, though she never clarified in which areas of her life. “This year a new door has opened for me, and I’m curious to know what’s going to happen next,” said Chisholm, better known as Sporty Spice to her fans. “But doing this feels like my life has gone full circle and I’m back to my original passion — performing.”
In June, Chisholm reunited with her former bandmates Victoria Beckham, 38, Geri Halliwell, 39, Emma Bunton, 36, and Melanie Brown, 37, to announce details of a West End musical based on their greatest hits. Named “Viva Forever,” the show previews from November 27 and opens December 11 at London’s Piccadilly Theatre.
