Fans of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent” might not be seeing judge Sharon Osbourne much longer. The 59-year-old author and media personality tweeted fellow judge and radio personality, Howard Stern, that she wouldn’t be returning to the show.
Osbourne wrote, “My darling @HowardStern, money is not the reason I’m not returning to @nbcagt, it’s because … ”
Osborne never elaborated on why she would be leaving the show, and efforts made by the Associated Press to clarify the judge’s comments with her representative were unsuccessful. NBC has not even been informed of Osbourne’s intention to leave the series. Osbourne, the wife of singer Ozzy Osbourne and the co-host of CBS’ The Talk, joined “America’s Got Talent” in 2007.
