A close friend of actress Lindsay Lohan confirmed that the 27-year-old completed her court-ordered 90-day stay in rehab.
The next few days will be spent with a sobriety coach in order to ease her way out of rehab.
The actress seemed cheerful after leaving a California rehabilitation center, and a source with knowledge of her situation confirms that she is doing great.
This rehab stay is Lohan’s latest, and was an alternative to a three month jail sentence for two misdemeanor convictions and a shoplifting probation violation in March.
Lohan has been mandated to attend rehab six times, her last request occurring in 2010.
“I look at it as a good thing,” Lohan said in May. “I can come back afterwards and be fully focused on work.”
Work is lining up for the actress, who has signed up to appear on E!’s “Chelsea Lately”. Lohan is also starring in a new movie “The Canyon”, which is to be released on Friday.
Lohan has also agreed to sit down with Oprah Winfrey for an exclusive interview in August.
