Gregg Jarrett, a Fox News anchor, was detained for nearly 12 hours following an incident at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. Jarrett was arrested on charges of interfering with a police officer; he was cited as being belligerent and uncooperative after police responded to a report that he was drunk at an airport bar. An e-mail from a Fox News spokeswoman stated that Jarrett “is dealing with serious personal issues at this time.” He was released on bond early Thursday morning, and has requested time off from Fox News for personal reasons. A statement by Fox News states that “A date at which Gregg might return to air has yet to be determined.”
