Country singer Brad Paisley might be joining “American Idol’s” judging panel. According to the Fox show’s website, now that 42-year-old “Always Be My Baby” singer Mariah Carey has joined the judging team, “American Idol” is looking for a male judge. Reports show that the leading singing competition show has been courting 39-year-old Paisley and see strong potential in the “Remind Me” and “This is Country Music” singer.
Paisley, who recorded “Remind Me” with “American Idol” winner Carrie Underwood, already has some ties to the reality competition series. Paisley also toured with season 10 winner, Scotty McCreery.
