Police received a call on Tuesday night about a woman jumping from the roof of a parking garage near the Inner Harbor. Officers found the 33-year-old dead, and also discovered her son in a car within the garage. The boy was pronounced dead at the hospital. An autopsy is needed to determine the infant’s cause of death. Police have not released any names in the case.
