Whoopi Goldberg no longer supporting Cosby

After standing by Bill Cosby for months amid allegations of sexual assault, Whoopi Goldberg said in a Tuesday interview that she can no longer support him. Goldberg said she has received many threats for her previous stance on the issue. She talked to ABC’s chief legal analyst Dan Abrams about the over 25 accusations against Cosby. Abrams and Goldberg encouraged viewers to work towards changing the statute of limitations for rape cases so that victims have a longer time frame in which they can claim sexual assault.
