NATIONAL NEWS – Fans needed amputations after freezing Kansas City Chiefs/Miami Dolphins game

Some fans who attended the Kansas City Chiefs versus Miami Dolphins playoff game had to undergo amputations after suffering frostbite. The game was on January 13 in Kansas City, Missouri and hit record-low temperatures with it being negative four degrees at the kickoff. 

Research Medical Center in Kansas City reported that they performed amputations for people that attended the game. More surgeries are expected over the coming weeks.
