On Monday afternoon, Governor Larry Hogan called a press conference to tell the people of the state of Maryland that he has an “aggressive” and “advanced” form of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. During his announcement, Hogan kept his humor and was hopeful about beating the disease. He said he went to the doctor for back pain when they found a tumor pressing on his spine. The governor, who says he is not experiencing many symptoms, will continue to work throughout his treatment.
