Police have identified the body of a woman found early Tuesday near a Takoma Park dumpster as 34-year-old Elena Gugicheva. Stab wounds were found on her body, according to Takoma Park Police. Gugicheva, who worked part-time at the office park, was trained as a paralegal. Anyone with information about the homicide is asked to call police at 301-270-1100.
