Baltimore’s Sports Legends Museum, located adjacent to Oriole Park, will close down immediately after failing to negotiate a new lease agreement with the Maryland Stadium Authority. The museum, run by the Babe Ruth Birthplace Foundation, featured exhibits of the major Maryland athletic teams and Baltimore icons. The museum is currently looking for a new location while the stadium authority looks for interested developers to move into the space.
