President Obama is expected to reveal new limits on the National Security Agency program that gathers billions of American’s phone records tomorrow. The President will also call upon Congress to help decide the NSA’s future. The program has provoked severe privacy concerns and may even divide Congress when voting to renew the law when the program expires next year. Obama will be delivering his speech at the Justice Department on Friday.
