According to the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, a 75-year-old woman died in her home in Berlin after cleaning. The woman, cleaning her bathroom at her home at the Lake Haven Trailer Park on Sunday, mixed a cleaning product that may have had ammonia in it with bleach, which can create toxic vapors. She was taken to Atlantic General Hospital where officials pronounced her dead. Authorities claim the incident is still under investigation, reminding people to never mix cleaning products.
