38-year-old, Josh Kaufman, from team Usher has won season six of NBC’s “The Voice” Tuesday night. The Indianapolis native beat out Christina Grimmie, 20, from Marlton, N.J. and Jake Worthington, 18, of La Porte, Texas. Worthington came in second place. Kaufman, a SAT tutor and married father of three, describe what his first album will sound like by stating, “At the root of everything I do is a kind of soulfulness.. “You can add a pop element, you can add rock into that. I want to find a balance between something that’s classic and something that’s modern.”
