Lee Boyd Malvo was one of the snipers during the 2002 Washington, D.C. sniper attacks. A Maryland court is debating when and how to resentence Malvo for the killing of six people in Montgomery County during the attacks. Malvo is being resentenced due to a 2012 Supreme Court ruling that stated that sentencing juveniles to mandatory life sentences without the possibility of parole as unconstitutional.

Malvo is currently serving four life sentences at the Red Onion State Prison in Pound, Virginia. The next hearing is scheduled for Dec. 1.
