Former Uber driver Mengistu Asfaw, 58, has been charged with sexual battery after he groped the breast of a female customer. The incident happened early on Sunday, July 12 after the 24-year-old used an Uber to reach her Woodbridge home from Clarendon. An Uber spokesman has said that Asfaw’s account was permanently deactivated after the incident and the company will cooperate in the investigation.
