On Tuesday, a judge ruled that Matthew Apperson, the Florida man accused of shooting at George Zimmerman in May, will stand trial for attempted second-degree murder. In addition to said charge, he also faces one count of aggravated assault and one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle. Zimmerman himself testified against Apperson, citing cases in which he was threatened and another case in which a bullet went through his passenger window and narrowly missed him.
