Eighteen-year-old Martin E. Witt Jr. has been charged with arson of a vacant manufacturing plant, investigators say. The 45,000-square-foot Artmor Plastics building was set on fire on Wednesday, taking firefighters nearly seven hours to completely put out. Witt allegedly had four seventeen-year-olds with him during the incident. Witt has confessed to lighting multiple fires after trespassing the plant, and has been charged with second-degree arson, burning and burglary charges.
