Dr. Conrad Murray has been sentenced to four years of prison time in the death of Michael Jackson. Dr. Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in his use of  the surgical anesthetic propofol in the medical care of  Jackson.  Propofol was used to assist Jackson with a sleep disorder.

Murray’s defense team has vowed to appeal the conviction. It is possible prison overcrowding could limit Murray’s time behind bars.
