FBI agent convicted of striking teenager

46-year-old FBI agent Gerald Rogero was convicted by a Montgomery County jury of hitting a 15-year-old boy during a domestic dispute and was found guilty of second-degree misdemeanor assault. The act was recorded on video in which the teenager fell onto the sidewalk outside a Chevy Chase condominium after being hit in the chest by Rogero. The incident took place during a custody exchange of a child.
