12 arrested in Maryland drug rings

Seven more members in connection with Baltimore drug rings are still being sought after Monday’s arrest by the Baltimore Police of 12 people in connection with drugs and illegal weapons. Police say some of the suspects are members are rival gangs. Some suspects facing charges are also considered persons of interest in two homicides and eight non-fatal shootings since 2013, though police would not provide further details on those crimes.
