The Montgomery Police Department arrested Chang Liu of Columbia, Maryland on prostitution-related charges. According to authorities, Liu owned massage parlors throughout the state that provided sex acts in exchange for money.
On March 6, authorities performed a search and seizure warrant at Liu’s parlor, Elegant Spa. Liu was charged with multiple counts of sex trafficking and prostitution. She has since bonded out of jail.
