ENTERTAINMENT – Kim Kardashian fined $1.26 million by the SEC

According to the SEC (Securities Exchange Commission), Kardashian settled with the agency after charges for promoting a cryptocurrency on her Instagram account were lodged.  She reportedly failed to disclose that she was paid $250,000 for the promotion of EMAX Tokens, a cryptocurrency by EthereumMax.
