Bieber sued for paparazzo assault

Justin Bieber has been sued by a paparazzo who claims the singer kicked and punched him at a Southern California shopping center last year.

A lawsuit was filed on Wednesday stating that Jose Osman Hernandez Duran was attacked by Bieber after he and his former girlfriend went to the movies at The Commons in Calabasas.

According to Duran, Bieber started to get into his Mercedes to leave, but then got out of his car and sprinted toward him. The singer jumped into the air about six to eight feet away in order to deliver a martial arts-type kick into Duran’s stomach. Bieber then punched Duran in the face.

The lawsuit seeks damages for infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
