Police: karate instructor touched student inappropriately

Police arrested karate instructor Han Tak, 30, of Reston, Virginia, for touching a juvenile student inappropriately. Tak is charged with taking indecent liberties with a minor. He allegedly touched the young student in the Fox Mill Tae Kwon Do studio in Herdon. Police have not released any more details about the incident.
