WORLD NEWS – Canada’s Liberal Party falls short of a majority in Parliament

New Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney’s liberal party fell short by just one seat of a parliamentary majority. The vote-counting agency, Elections Canada, has nearly finished processing all of her ballots in an election that leaves the Liberals just three seats of a majority, which means that they will be seeking help from a smaller party to help pass legislation aligning with their agenda.
The Canadian Liberal Party appears to be able to find extra votes, however, it is unclear where this support will come from. These votes have most likely come from the Progressive Party, which has backed former Liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. Their extra vote should come from a Separatist Party in Quebec.
