Washington DC – Update: Metro’s Blue and Orange are no longer singular tracking and service has resumed on the Silver Line

Orange Line and Blue Line Metro trains were running on a single track while Silver Line trains are operating from an earlier delay. On Monday morning, the Red Line was running on a singular track as well, but was fixed by the afternoon. A test train that was repaired over the weekend and running caught fire, but was extinguished. All service was restored at 1:45 pm.
