VIRGINIA NEWS – Parents facing charges after 2-year-old overdoses on fentanyl

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Department arrested Tabitha Williams and Mark Cole after their two-year-old son overdosed on fentanyl. The child is recovering at a local hospital and will be placed in Child Protective Services once he is released.

Both parents have been charged with felony child abuse and possession of a controlled substance along with other felony charges. They are currently being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
