Virginia – Community college lockdown in Virginia due to defective equipment

Virginia Western Community College officials said that a defect in the equipment may be to blame for two lockdowns. Officials believe the lockdown occurred due to a defective emergency pull station. The main campus has roughly 13,000 students. The lockdown was brief and the campus is back to normal operations.
