Vince Flynn dies at 47
Vince Flynn, the best-selling author of many political thriller novels has died at the age of 47. The author battled with prostate cancer for two years.
Flynn’s publishers Simon & Schuster said he died on Wednesday.
Flynn self-published his first book in 1997 titled “Term Limits”. The novel became a New York Times bestseller. Most of his novels were centered on character Mitch Rapp who was a counterterrorism agent.
Flynn published close to one book per year, but in 2011 announced he had been diagnosed with stage three metastatic prostate cancer.
