Secret Service agent arrested for sexting minor

A 37-year-old Secret Service agent has been arrested for attempting to sext a minor. Lee Robert Moore is accused of sending explicit messages and nude pictures to whom he believed to be a 14-year-old girl but was actually an undercover officer of the Delaware State Police. Moore may face up to 10 years in prison if convicted of sexual solicitation of and providing obscene material to a minor and attempting to transmit obscene material to a minor. Defense attorney John Barber has declined to comment.
