NATIONAL NEWS – Florida construction worker killed after a crane crashes

A construction worker working on a crane  in Fort Lauderdale, Florida was killed after a portion of a crane fell and crashed into a highway. The worker was on the crane as it fell. The crane crushed a car and injured three other people. 

The construction worker was working on a project for a 43-story apartment building. The bridge that the crane fell onto has been closed indefinitely pending an investigation.
