Dogs attack shoppers at NE Washington mall
Police were called after two dogs allegedly attacked several people at the Hechinger Mall in northeast Washington.
According to police, the attack happened on Saturday morning at the mall. Police say they shot at the dogs in order to get them to stop.
The dogs are alive and were taken in by animal control.
An adult male was bitten in the face by one of the dogs and was taken to the hospital. His injuries are not life threatening.
Both of the dogs are pit bulls.
