Bank robbery on Lee Highway

A bank robbery was reported on Monday afternoon at the Capitol One Bank in the Waverly Hills neighborhood of Arlington. According to scanner reports, the man was dressed all in black with a t-shirt wrapped around his face when he robbed the bank, armed with scissors. He was last seen going west on Lee Highway. Police and detectives are investigating the area.
