Baltimore parade cancelled due to snow
Excessive snow in the city of Baltimore has caused the mayor’s annual Christmas parade to be cancelled.
The 41st presentation of the parade was set to begin at 1 p.m. Sunday, but was cancelled an hour and a half beforehand by the office of Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
According to spokeswoman for the mayor, Caron Brace, unsafe roads were a factor in the parade being called off.
