Oscar-winning actress Sandra Bullock has adopted a second child, Laila, a 3-year-old girl who had been in foster care in Louisiana. “When I look at Laila, there’s no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here,” Bullock told People Magazine in an interview in this week’s issue. “The exact right children came to me at the exact right time.” Bullock also adopted her 5-year-old son Louis, also from Louisiana.
