Md. delegate faces trespassing, indecent exposure charges

Delegate Ariana Kelly of District 13 was arrested on charges of trespassing and indecent exposure after dropping of her children at her ex-husband’s Bethesda home. When Kelly found out his new fiancée was there, she reportedly refused to leave and exposed her breasts during an argument with her ex-husband. She was arrested for the incident. Kelly’s attorney says she will “aggressively dispute” the charges during the trial, which will begin August 13.
