Teen charged with first-degree murder

A 16-year-old boy is facing first-degree murder charges after allegedly slaying a man at the Staunton golf course in Virginia. The body of twenty-six year old Julian Parrott was found by an employee near the 18th hole at the Gypsy Hill Park course. Parrott, who often offered his help to Staunton’s baseball league, suffered from mental disabilities. Officials have yet to release information regarding the slaying and the killer.
