WASHINGTON, D.C. NEWS – 3 people shot near Northeast D.C. metro station

Three people were shot Monday evening on a pedestrian bridge near Rhode Island Ave-Brentwood Metro station in the District. The victims were two men and a woman.

The shooting began just after 6 p.m. as pedestrians and commuters passed through the bridge. Following the shooting, authorities closed off the bridge for an investigation.
