Virginia parent orders elementary school fight

Portsmouth police state that  27-year-old  Jeneve Marshall ordered her child to fight another at an elementary school while holding the other student down. On Friday, Marshall was charged with four counts of assault and battery, as well as contributing to the delinquency of a minor and disorderly conduct. Police also say that Marshall assaulted three other students, suffering them minor injuries. Records do not indicate whether Marshall has an attorney who can comment on the charges.
