An elementary school teacher in Chantilly, Virginia has been arrested and charged with possession of child pornography, police reported on Wednesday. Robert C. Fenn, of Herndon, was arrested on Tuesday afternoon at Poplar Tree Elementary School after a week-long investigation, said the Fairfax County Police Department. Fenn, 26, was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
School and police officials said there is no evidence that any students at Poplar Tree were involved.
